Specifying a 3 inch assembly
The 75 mm family combines wider webbing with a corresponding ratchet mechanism. Compare the complete fixed and adjustable sections, available handle clearance and the way the end fitting sits in the anchor. JILI’s product listing offers multiple end fittings and custom lengths. Identify the required assembly in the RFQ rather than assuming that every photograph or fitting option carries the same rating.
Bulk orders, identification and packing
For a distributor order, separate quantities by width, length, fitting and rating rather than requesting a mixed bundle without a specification. Is breaking strength the permitted working load?
No. Breaking strength and LC or WLL are different fields. Select the complete assembly using its applicable rating and instructions. Do not use a component breaking-strength figure as the assembly working rating.
Can these ratchet straps be used for lifting?
These pages concern cargo-restraint assemblies. They are not lifting slings. State the restraint application and anchor arrangement so the quoted assembly can be matched to the intended task.
