Ratchet Tie-Down Straps for Bulk Orders

For distributors, importers, private-label brands and industrial users: configurable webbing, tensioners, hooks, lengths, colors and product identification.

Ratchet tie-down manufacturer

Specify the assembly — not just the strap.

A dependable tie-down combines compatible webbing, ratchet hardware, end fittings, stitching and identification. JILI supplies finished cargo restraint assemblies as well as individual ratchets and hardware for customers who assemble locally.

Configuration options

  • Webbing widths commonly covering 25, 35, 50, 75 and 100 mm
  • Standard, wide-handle, rubber-handle and application-specific ratchet mechanisms
  • S-hooks, double J-hooks, flat hooks, wire hooks, snap hooks, rings and loop ends
  • Custom length, webbing color, buyer label and packaging review
  • Replacement straps, endless configurations and component-only supply

Typical applications

Truck and trailer cargo, vehicle transport, logistics, warehouse handling, marine and outdoor equipment, motorcycles, machinery and general load restraint.

Buyer checklist

Four decisions prevent a wrong match.

Confirm the target load, anchor point, working environment and destination market. Capacity depends on the complete assembly, so the lowest-rated component controls the final result.

01

Load

Weight, movement and restraint direction.

02

Anchor

Trailer rail, ring, track, chassis or loop.

03

Environment

Weather, abrasion and frequency of use.

04

Identification

Required tag, language and buyer branding.

05

Verification

Confirm complete assembly specification.

Compare complete assemblies, not webbing alone

Bulk ratchet straps should be compared on the same width, length, fitting, rating and marking basis. Webbing breaking strength, ratchet strength and the rating of a completed tie-down are not interchangeable. The catalogue contains metric and imperial configurations, so specify which rating and unit your market requires. When selecting custom tie down straps, send an anchor drawing or a photograph with dimensions. This helps distinguish a J-hook assembly from a flat-hook, track-fitting or endless configuration before pricing.

Bulk orders, identification and packing

For a distributor order, separate quantities by width, length, fitting and rating rather than requesting a mixed bundle without a specification. Include your destination country, label language, packaging artwork and whether a sample is required. JILI can then review the assembly and quote the agreed supply scope. Available colour, private-label treatment, minimum order, packing quantity and production lead time are confirmed in the quotation. A catalogue photograph is a configuration example; it does not promise that every colour or fitting is currently stocked. Reorders should quote the previously accepted specification and approved sample reference.

Purchasing questions

Is breaking strength the permitted working load?

No. Breaking strength and LC or WLL are different fields. Select the complete assembly using its applicable rating and instructions. Do not use a component breaking-strength figure as the assembly working rating.

Can these ratchet straps be used for lifting?

These pages concern cargo-restraint assemblies. They are not lifting slings. State the restraint application and anchor arrangement so the quoted assembly can be matched to the intended task.

Can I order a specific length or end fitting?

Specify the total length, fixed-end length, adjustable section, anchor dimensions and preferred fitting. The quotation confirms the combination, rating and available packing.
