An electric chain hoist enquiry needs more than a capacity. A 1 ton electric chain hoist and a 2 ton electric chain hoist can have different chain falls, speeds and motor arrangements. Use the catalogue table to identify a candidate, then specify the lifting height and available headroom. Compare supplier quotations using the same suspension, supply and control requirements rather than the capacity label alone.
For an electric chain hoist with trolley, provide the beam profile, flange width, flange thickness and required travel arrangement. Trolley compatibility is checked separately from the hoist rating. The electrical supply must include voltage, frequency and phase. Requests for a single phase electric chain hoist or remote control are reviewed for the selected model; these options are not implied for every HHBB configuration.
Distributors can request a model schedule with quantities, required lift lengths, labels, documents and spare-parts preferences. For a workshop installation, include the working environment and expected lifting frequency. Final documentation should identify the model and its operating limits. Applicable certificates and inspection documents must match the quoted equipment and destination requirements, rather than another product family.

The JILI catalogue lists SY-2-1 and SY-2-2 under the HHBB family, with different reference lifting speeds. Request the current specification for your lifting height, duty and supply before choosing.
Only when listed in the quotation. Specify fixed hook suspension, plain trolley, geared trolley or powered travel as required and provide the support dimensions.
Include voltage and frequency in the enquiry. Availability and the matched rating must be confirmed; a three-phase motor cannot be treated as interchangeable with a single-phase unit.
Send the configuration and delivery destination for a matched quotation. Quantity, packaging, documentation and delivery terms are confirmed with your offer.
Reference catalogues support product selection. JILI confirms the exact model and supplied documents with the quotation. Third-party certifications and performance claims are not transferred to JILI products.
