Separate stroke from maximum height

The catalogue distinguishes minimum height, lifting height and adjustment height. Do not compare only the maximum dimension when checking whether the jack fits an application. State the clearance at the start of the lift and the required working travel, then verify the selected unit and contact arrangement against its instructions.

Choose a documented model for repeat orders

Include the OM model code and quantity breakdown in a distributor enquiry. If an existing bottle jack must be matched, provide its identification plate and a dimensioned requirement. A two-stage, low-profile or air-assisted jack is not automatically the same product as the manual bottle-jack family shown here. Request those configurations separately and confirm their technical documentation before purchase.
