Confirm the exact lifting and travel arrangement

The name semi-electric must not be treated as proof of powered travel. State whether you require assisted lifting only or a powered-travel stacker, and have the drive arrangement identified in the quotation. The catalogue also contains other electric stacker types, so model selection should be explicit. Battery, charger and electrical supply compatibility should be agreed for the destination market.

Specify the load at the working height

A table of maximum heights does not by itself prove that every listed unit lifts its nominal capacity at every height. Supply the pallet dimensions, load position and height needed at the job. Ask for the applicable load chart, mast dimensions and operating instructions. For shipments, confirm transport dimensions and the battery-related packing documents required for the chosen configuration.
